Today I found mouse droppings in our pantry!! Fortunately (or unfortunately), we never had mice in our house growing up, so I unknowingly picked up one of the mouse droppings and squished it thinking it must have been some sort of bug or something. The CDC writes that you should wear gloves when cleaning up mouse droppings and should never vacuum or sweep up the droppings. I did both. I did a lot of purging of food, bleaching, and cleaning the past few hours and am waiting for Kevin to come home and do a second run through.
